- Click on the Tools menu in Outlook Express.
- Click on E-mail Filtering.
- Click on Accounts.
- Click on Add.
- Click on Mail.
- Follow the prompts:
- Display Name: Your name as you want it to appear in the FROM field of emails.
- Email Address: The email account you are creating.
- Incoming Mail Server: mail.YourDomain.com.
- Outgoing Mail Server: mail.YourDomain.com.
- Account Name:
- If this is for the account created at the time of your webhosting account, just enter your username.
- If you created this account in your control panel, enter your email address.
You've now created your account - so let's setup some of the properties for it:
- Select your account and click Properties.
- Give your account a name.
- Click the Servers tab.
- Click My server requires authentication.
- Click Settings.
- Click Use the same settings as my incoming mail server.
