Creating a MySQL User

When?	To allow access to a MySQL Database you must have a username and password (see Adding a MySQL User to a Database).
HowTo:	Click on MySQL Databases in your control panel. Create a user and password and click Add User. The user name will be of the format <username>_<user>.
