Adding a MySQL User to a Database

When?	When you wish to allow a specific user, some or all permissions to a MySQL Database.
HowTo:	Click on MySQL Databases in your control panel. Select the username and database in the drop-down menus. Assign the appropriate user privileges. Click Add User To DB. cPanel will now give you a list of example connection strings for connecting to your database (Perl, PHP and JDBC).
