Retaining old email

We don't retain all your old email by default at the moment (there may be a solution coming soon that does, but for the time being we don't).

However if you've had a system failure (and don't have your own backups of your home/work machine) there may be ac chance that some of the mail is still on the server.

Backups

If you utilise one of our backup services (either Daily or Weekly) we'll have your mail as a snapshot of what was in your inbox at that exact moment in time when we took the backup.

Your Configuration

- If you configured your mail client to download POP3 email off the server then we will no longer have copies.

- If you used IMAP or "POP3 set to leave the messages on the server" you would be able to login to your existing account and all your existing mail will still be there.
