You should always ensure your contact information is correct in two places with BetterWebSpace:
- Your cPanel account - we use this to notify you of quota warnings, bandwidth warnings, email boxes overflowing etc.
- Login to your cPanel
- Click the "Please update your contact information here" link.
- Enter your email address and click Save
NOTE: This should not be an email address at your domain. This address is used to notify you of space warnings and issues with your account, which you may not receive if you use an email address associated with your account that is having the problem!
- Our Client Portal, as this is where we notify you of anything happening and issue your invoices and renewal notifications.
