Server Down / Server Outage

If your site appears to be down and you are sure that:

  1. Your billing is all upto date.
  2. You haven't triggered one of our security rules, and been blocked by the firewall or been suspended for any reason.
Then it may be because we have a server outage, you can check all network and server issues in our Network Issues section of the Client Portal.

Please note: Whilst we appreciate you want an update as soon as humanly possible you can be assured that because of our monitoring systems we are almost certainly working on the issue (and if it's reported in the network issues centre then we definitely are), responding to tickets often delays our fixing of the issue so we may just direct you to this article or the client portal.
