Changing your MX record

If you need your email to be delivered elsewhere and not processed through our server, but want to keep your domain records and website hosted by us then you'll need to know how to update your MX record.

  1. Login to your cPanel.
  2. Select Modify MX entry or just MX entry (depending your theme/package).
  3. Enter your new MX records as necessary rememebr to include a priority if you have more than one!
If you need to add further DNS records this can be done through the DNS Zone Editor (simple or advanced depending on your needs) in your cPanel.
