13. Complaints

These Terms and Conditions form part of the full Terms and Conditions of services

  1. Here at BetterWebSpace we like to think we get it right (we do try) but occasionally we might not meet your expectations. When that happens we want to improve right away, but the only we can do that is with your feedback.
  2. If you wish to make a complaint about a service you have received, please submit an email to us at complaints@betterwebspace.comincluding as much detail from the issue you have. We will acknowledge your complaint within 1 business day and aim to resolve any issues within 5 business days.
  3. If your complaint relates to the registration of a .uk domain name and you’re not happy with the initial outcome of your complaint, than please feel free to escalate your issue to Nominet (the .uk registry) here:

Abuse

  1. If you wish to raise a complaint about abuse you have received (phishing scams, spam emails etc), please contact us at abuse@betterwebspace.com with as much detail about the abuse as possible. We will investigate your complaint immediately.
