9. Add-on services

These Terms and Conditions form part of the full Terms and Conditions of services

Add-on services

Add-on services may be provided with your selected package and are intended to provide added value to the packages.
Add-on services are services that are not a part of, or in addition to the core services and may be modified, increased or withdrawn to take into account evolving or outdated technology, where the number or type of added value services is changed.
The Add-on services are provided at no cost to you and your sole remedy for any issue or problem which may arise shall be refrain from using the Add-on services. It shall not be a breach of this Agreement and there shall be no right to relief, compensation, damage or loss whatsoever, whether in Statute, equity or tort.
The Add-on services referred to may include, but not limited to -
1. access to a 24/7 helpdesk who will use reasonable endeavours to resolve any issues that may arise, however support does not extend to any third party software used by the Client. Premium support for third party software installed on the servers may be available, subject to a minimum 30 minute charge being paid in advance.
2. PHP/MySQL databases containing scripts and codes for functions and features which can be added to your website, however the scripts and codes are provided ‘as is’ and are not subject to any warranty or guarantee, you fully indemnify us against any loss or damage resulting from their use and you agree to be subject to any licensing and usage restrictions that the scripts and codes come with.
3. Subdomains, a division of your website.
4. CRON Jobs, an automated process that operates at pre-determined intervals.
5. Website statistics.
6. Hotlink Preventer.
7. Email Aliases & Forwarders.
8. Web based file manager.
9. Custom error pages.
