7. Email

If you order email services they shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions which form part of the full Terms and Conditions of services.

  1. We may, following a request from you and subject to the payment of the relevant fees provide you will POP3/IMAP email accounts.
  2. Email accounts are provided for your sole and exclusive use and cannot be sold or transferred.
  3. Where you also receive Hosting services the amount of Hosting Capacity allocated to email storage is at your discretion, however In the event that the email storage or Hosting Capacity reaches its limit no inbound emails can be received until you create more space by either deleting old emails or updating your package to increase the capacity.
  4. You must not use your account to transmit, or otherwise permit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material or any other form of similar marketing material, also known as SPAM or Unsolicited Commercial E-mail (UCE), including automatically generated from databases or mail bombing. We may suspend or terminate any account where we suspect it is being used to distribute Spam or cancel any account without notice where the account is undisputedly being used to distribute Spam.
  5. You must not forge or misrepresent headers, addresses, or other identification in electronic mail.
  6. You must not use your account in any way that is inconsistent with our acceptable use provisions.
